What’s up everybody? Just wanted to stop by to say that we’re now rolling with the Best Urban Videos site. Check it out!
You might notice that we’ve got about 100 videos up and running right now. I know. That’s not much yet, but there’s lots more coming in next few weeks so just check right back when you want to see the videos. While we most probably will be adding the latest videos in the beginning we certainly haven’t forgot about the classics. We’ll have 2 Pac, Biggie, Gang Starr and all the other old school artists.
If you have any ideas or suggestions, just hit us up by adding your comment in this blog. Thanks.
Have any of you seen the movie Soul Plane? If not then make sure you’ll buy it from Amazon and check it out. The cast includes Tom Arnold, Snoop Dogg, Method Man and the list goes on and on.
Plot outline (from IMDB):
Why just fly when you can soar with soul? After a humiliating experience on an airplane, Nashawn Wade sues the airline and is awarded a huge settlement. Determined to make good with the money, Nashawn creates the full service airline of his dreams, complete with sexy stewardesses, funky music, a hot onboard dance club, and a bathroom attendant. Departing from all-new Terminal X in Los Angeles, Soul Plane gives “fly” a whole new meaning taking its passengers on a maiden voyage full of comedy.
I liked it and I guess you’ll like it as well. Anyway, to you video junkies out there, here’s the Styles P - Good Times track from the movie.
Well, crank is hot right now for sure. Soulja Boy’s new single will catch your attention quickly. It works well in nightclubs, but when you have to listen that stuff from radio for a week straight - it gets really annoying. By the way. Is it just me or does it sound like 50 Cent’s - P.I.M.P? If not then he definitely sampled that track.
Even though the production isn’t much (I heard that he’s producing his own tracks, figures) in my opinion, it still gets you up and moving. In a nightclub. I’m sure that it’s a plus that he invented his own moves and everything. Still, it’d be nice to see the snap music falling to the darkness of history. Unfortunately all trends are showing that it’s coming on stronger than ever. I don’t have anything against ATL scene (T.I.’s new album is rather good), but Soulja Boy… Makes you wonder.

At least one guy isn’t afraid to talk about things that are wrong in US of A. The Houston based rapper, Chamillionaire, is taking the recent issues to a new level in his new cool video titled “Hip Hop Police”. This is the first single from his upcoming (in stores from 18th September) album “Ultimate Victory”.
This is the long, extended version of Hip Hop Police which means that it also includes the Evening News as well.
Directed by Mark Klasfeld, produced by JR Rotem (Hip Hop Police) and Kane Beatz (Evening News).

Well, 50 Cent does it again heh? This one sounds like a tune for this summer for sure.
Once again, a quality tune produced by Timbaland and featuring Justin Timberlake’s sweet vocals.

Hey everybody
We’re about to launch a new urban music video site for your viewing pleasure. We’re going to give you videos, lyrics, artist biographies and more things to come in the close future. (more…)
